The Village of Alanson is hosting their annual Riverfest the 2nd weekend of August which is the 8,9,10 this year. There will be many activities taking place for young and old alike at various times and places thru out the downtown area starting Friday evening. Those activities include a boat show down River Street, a light boat parade on Saturday night, Art/Craft show, Flea Market, numerous activities and games for kids of all ages, and two music stages. Ending Sunday afternoon with A Taste of the North featuring hometown restaurants and Michigan wines and micro brews.
