Astrophotography with a DSLR or Mirrorless Camera
Astrophotography with a DSLR or Mirrorless Camera (7/6/22 at 8:30pm)
This is a hands workshop on using a stock lens and digital single-lens reflex or mirrorless cameras to take great night sky images. Astro-photographers, Rod Cortright and Mick Grozko, will discuss essential equipment and camera setting for taking night-sky photos.
Since this is a hands-on workshop, it will require suitable photographing conditions. Therefore, participants will need to have flexible schedules. If conditions are unfavorable on Wednesday evening, the workshop will be rescheduled for Thursday or Friday evening of that week. Watch the Headlands Facebook page for rescheduling information.
At minimum, participants must bring a DSLR or Mirrorless camera and a tripod to this workshop. For more information, please call the programming and sales coordinator at (231) 348-5479 or email email@example.com.
