Community Excellence Awards Dinner and Raffle

Join us Friday, November 5, 2021, to honor and celebrate excellence in our community at the Annual Community Excellence Awards Dinner.

ABOUT THE AWARDS

The Annual Community Excellence Awards honors and recognizes those businesses, non-profit community-based organizations, and individuals that have exemplified excellence by fostering positivity and making a significant impact in our community through their selfless contributions and collaborations.

NOMINATION DETAILS

Anyone may submit a nomination for a business, non-profit community-based organization, or individual.

• Nominees do not need to be based in Mackinaw City but should make an impact on the betterment of the community at large through their contributions.
• Self-nominations are welcome.
• There are no restrictions as to the number of nominations that you submit.
• Nominees must be able to attend the event on November 5, 2021, or send a representative to accept their award on their behalf.

Time: 5:30 pm

Dinner Ticket $35.00/Person
Raffle Tickets $100 each or 3 for $250

Prize payouts are as follows:

1st Prize – $4,000.00
2nd Prize -$1,500.00
3rd Prize – $500.00
Early Bird Drawing for tickets purchased before October 1, 2021, = 1st Prize – $200 & 2nd Prize FREE 2022 Raffle Ticket
